MISSION STATEMENT
Rock-N-Gold will be a tax exempt 501(c)3 membership organization dedicated to preserving the history of mining and with the knowledge and surroundings necessary to teach certain placer mining technique and skill sets to its members. These teachings are conducted both in a classroom, and on the Rock-N-Gold mining claim in the Johnnie Mining District in Southern Nevada. Accordingly, at the heart of Rock-N-Gold is the teaching of rock collecting, gem processing, mining, and mine safety to its members, and the preservation and protection of the environment.

Current Bylaws are available to view in this link. The Bylaws were approved by the Board of Directors on April 13, 2020.
It is recommended that all members read the Bylaws and refer to them if any questions arise regarding the Rock-N-Gold organization.
